My name is Marni Freeman, and I am a registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a qualified Counsellor accredited by PACFA. With over 25 years of experience in the field, I am committed to providing the highest standard of evidence-based support. I specialise in paediatric psychology, assessments, and counselling, with a particular focus on the neurobiological aspects of child development and the effects of trauma.

Our Services
Attachment Matters offers a variety of Counselling and Psychology services. We specialise in providing Psychological Assessments, with particularly experience in working with children. We also provide Counselling and Psychology for adults, teenagers, and children around Anxiety, Depression, Separation Anxiety, Depression, Divorce and Separation, Blended Families, Attachment Difficulties/Difficulty Bonding, Trauma, Neurodiversity, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or Social Anxiety.
We also offer training services for new and seasoned professionals, and specialist consultation for agencies and organisations who provide services to children and families.

Personalised options
Our Counselling and Psychology services can be delivered in-person at our Brinsmead location, or via online telehealth appointments in the comfort of your own home.
Where there is a need for Counsellors or Psychologists to deliver services on site at schools, we can also provide this service in consultation with school staff.
In keeping with NDIS principles, we can also deliver Counselling and Psychology services at our clients’ preferred venues, where these are determined to be safe and appropriate.
